Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

Some air rifles and air pistols may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your state or local laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product they are purchasing is legal in their jurisdiction. Kavanies is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to local regulations.


Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, fired, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
